Must have open availability. Strong background in serving and bartending. At least 1 year supervisory experience in the industry. Fluent with Microsoft Office and other POS systems. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic F&B Supervisor for evening and dinner shifts to lead our food and beverage operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this full-time role, you will oversee the smooth functioning of restaurant services during the evening hours, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of food safety, and managing daily team operations. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold quality standards, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills while delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Supervise and coordinate all aspects of dinner service, ensuring efficient and friendly customer interactions Lead, train, and motivate food service staff to deliver outstanding hospitality and uphold service standards Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet established culinary standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy Control inventory levels, monitor food safety practices, and ensure compliance with health regulations Handle shift management responsibilities including scheduling, staff delegation, and resolving operational issues promptly Conduct staff interviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster team development Monitor food costs, analyze profit and loss reports, and implement strategies to maximize profitability Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety standards across kitchen and dining areas Collaborate with kitchen management on food production planning for catering or banquet events when applicable Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing quick service or fast-food restaurant settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles with team leadership responsibilities Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and effectively Skilled in inventory control, food safety management, and budget oversight within a food industry environment Effective communication skills for managerial tasks including training, team management, and staff development Ability to perform basic math calculations related to cash handling, pricing, and inventory management Experience in managing hospitality teams in casual dining or fine dining contexts with a focus on quality service delivery Familiarity with food safety regulations and culinary best practices to ensure compliance at all times Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff during shift management while maintaining high standards of hospitality Join us as an F&B Supervisor PM/Dinner Full-Time to lead vibrant teams in delivering exceptional dining experiences!
