Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, food handling procedures, and sanitation practices for accountability and continuous improvement. Experience Proven experience in food production within a restaurant or hospitality setting, with a strong background in fine dining or catering environments. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in fast-paced settings. Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and health regulations applicable to the food industry. Experience with inventory management, cost control, menu planning, and kitchen operations leadership. Familiarity with banquet service, event catering, and large-scale food service management is highly desirable. Strong culinary skills with a comprehensive understanding of cooking techniques and food handling best practices. Previous roles involving restaurant management or shift supervision that showcase leadership capabilities in managing teams effectively.
