As a Supervisor, you will oversee Crew Members during your shift, enforce company policies and operational procedures, and ensure the store runs smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with food service experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. Duties Supervise Crew Members during assigned shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard Enforce company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations consistently Oversee store maintenance including cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and facility presentation Ensure all operational procedures are followed, including opening/closing checklists, cash handling, and inventory processes Manage inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and minimize waste Serve as the on-shift point of contact for customer escalations and team questions Lead by example in customer service, beverage preparation, and store standards Communicate shift updates and concerns to the Store Manager Assist with training new Crew Members on standard operating procedures Experience Minimum 6 months of experience in food service, café, or retail environments Previous supervisory or shift lead experience preferred Food Handler's Certification required (we provide this if not yet obtained) Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with POS systems and basic cash management Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends and flexible hours Join Jam Jam Tea & Moments to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences through quality products and outstanding service.
