Job Summary Nobu, the world renowned luxury brand is looking for a passionate and hospitality driven Floor Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service and food quality. Responsibilities Operations Management:

Support daily restaurant operations, maintain the highest level of service standards, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, comply with all of Nobu policies, responsible for scheduling, employee relations and support payroll and scheduling.

Guest Experience:

Deliver and uphold a world-class dining experience for all guests, including events, handle VIPs, resolve any guest concerns, build long term guest relationships.

Team Leadership and Development:

Support all training, foster a culture of excellence, lead by example, ongoing coaching and development with strong mentor and coaching skills. Strong communication skills- build team morale and ensure excellent culture is nutured.

Requirements:

2-3 years experience in a similar fine dining restaurant. Strong knowledge of POS systems and Payroll systems for scheduling. Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams, training staff, and conducting interviews. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations efficiently. Familiarity with food safety standards, inventory control, and profit & loss analysis. Exceptional communication skills to motivate staff and engage with guests effectively. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk up/down stairs, lift/push/pull/carry up to 50lbs and be able to kneel/squat.

$90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
