The ideal candidate brings immaculate attention to detail, dynamic interpersonal skills, and a true passion for people. This hands-on role works evenings Tuesday-Saturday. Designed in 1929 by Leland Bryant, this 15-story Art Deco masterpiece has hosted legendary stars like Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra. Located in West Hollywood, CA, the hotel features stunning accommodations, including suites with floor-to-ceiling windows and penthouses with breathtaking views. Guests enjoy exceptional experiences, from a chic on-site restaurant to a world-class spa, all enhanced by elegant interiors and sophisticated design. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily operations while continuously refining standards and practices Lead and uphold service culture, maintaining a hands-on presence on the floor during service Optimize the reservation book to maximize seatings and revenue Hire, train, and develop all front-of-house personnel, including structured onboarding and ongoing professional development Partner with the culinary team to ensure consistent food quality Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver a best-in-class, personalized guest experience Manage labor daily, adjusting staffing levels to business needs, and monitor staff performance through consistent coaching and recognition Oversee F&B accounting, reconciliation, inventory, and par stock levels Establish expense controls and implement cost-saving and profit-enhancing measures Work closely with the payroll manager on payroll processing Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including wage and hour, liquor, and food safety regulations Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities Excellent time management and organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, high-energy, and service-driven Ability to multitask and adapt with flexibility Exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office
