You'll keep the energy high, the smiles big, and the team firing on all cylinders. Support staff to keep operations efficient, safe, and sparkling clean. Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members. Perform opening and closing duties. Jump into all roles as needed - from party hosting to café service. Inventory check, restock supplies, and assist with ordering. Assist with creating staff schedule Enforce safety policies for guests and staff. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to keep the fun going. Promote events, specials, and upselling opportunities to boost sales. Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture. This is a weekend part time position. Hours vary Friday through Sunday. Aproximately 10-15 hours per week. What We're Looking For 6+ months of Family Entertainment Center or retail experience. Strong problem-solving skills under pressure with a friendly vibe Cash-handling experience. Food Handlers Certificate Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
