In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food preparation, and smooth team management. As a leader on the floor, you will motivate staff, uphold food safety standards, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your passion for hospitality and culinary excellence will drive the success of our fast-paced environment, making every shift a memorable experience for both customers and team members alike. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies Lead and motivate team members in food preparation, cooking, serving, and cleaning to deliver top-quality service Manage POS system (Toast) Oversee stock levels, food safety compliance, and informing GM of needs Train new staff members on food handling, customer service protocols, and operational procedures Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests Assist with budgeting tasks such as labor management and cost control to maximize operational efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems - Toast preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to train staff effectively and foster a team-oriented environment Previous experience in customer service Capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Pay:
$16.90 - $23.00 per hour
