This includes creating a plan, assigning employees to their stations, managing production and ensuring store standards are upheld. Shift leads work closely with management to provide exceptional customer service, solve problems and focus on cookie quality with a positive attitude. Shift Lead Responsibilities Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations Effectively instructing other employees on the shift Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment Meet deadlines Maintain excellent customer service at all levels Shift Lead Requirements (open to morning and night shifts, weekends required, closed sundays) Exceptional communication skills and a passion for excellence are necessary for success in this role Previous leadership experience preferred Maintains calm demeanor in stressful times An eye for detail and accuracy Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic A team player Professional appearance and attitude Computer literacy Proactive organizational skills Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
