Job Overview As a Team Leader at our retail store, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management and restocking
• Handle cash handling procedures and oversee POS transactions
• Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet revenue targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
• Conduct employee orientation and performance reviews
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment Skills
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and retail math
• Experience in shift management and team supervision
