Job Overview As a Team Leader at our retail store, you will be supporting the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities
Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management and restocking
Handle cash handling procedures and oversee POS transactions
Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet revenue targets
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
Conduct employee orientation and performance reviews
Maintain a clean and organized store environment Skills
Proficient in cash handling procedures and retail math
Experience in shift management and team supervision
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of POS systems for efficient transaction processing
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals
Previous experience in restaurant or retail sales leadership is a plus Qualifications
