Assist in budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs. Coordinate banquet services and special events as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in team management within the food industry. Strong background in staff training, bartending, and food preparation techniques.
