Food & Beverage Director

Hidden Valley Lake is located in Northern California, in the southern part of Lake County. Hidden Valley Lake Association has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Director with a passion for excellence in the hospitality industry to manage The Greenview . The successful candidate will have 3 or more years of Food & Beverage Director experience with a strong background in food operations and a successful track record of profitable operations. Familiarity with budgeting while meeting quality and service goals. A focus on member satisfaction is essential. The Food & Beverage Director reports to the General Manager, and must have an excellent working relationship and ability to work as a team player with all members of the management team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises all Food, Beverage and events staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include preliminary interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; conducting employee meetings as necessary, informing employees of new policies and/or procedures; giving feedback for appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
