Job Description

Pay:
$20 per hour +
Tips Total Earnings:
$23 - $26 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday only, 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM (closed weekends) This is NOT an entry-level position. We need an experienced restaurant worker who can run the shift. No school kids or beginners please.
More Details:
We are a busy lunch-only poke shop looking for a reliable Shift Leader who can lead the team and keep everything running smoothly.
What You Will Do:
Open or close the shop and lead the shift Cube raw fish, make sauces, and prep ingredients Build poke bowls, take orders, and run the register Assign tasks to team members and keep the shop clean and organized Give good customer service during lunch rush
What We Need:
Real restaurant prep experience is a MUST (line or service experience is a plus) Skilled at cutting and cubing raw fish, vegetables, and other ingredients quickly and cleanly Can lead a small team and make decisions Dependable, organized, and strong on your feet Able to lift 30 lbs Food handler card preferred (we can help)
