The Role:

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive shift Leader. You will lead a young, dynamic team and ensure that PAPI's Gelateria runs smoothly while upholding our culture of excellence and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations , ensuring smooth service and product quality. Foster a culture of integrity, teamwork, and growth. Ensure consistency and adherence to recipes, procedures, and customer service scripts. Maintain cleanliness. Lead by example, coaching staff to exceed expectations in both service and execution. Manage performance, and accountability, ensuring team efficiency . Uphold a workplace that values structure, discipline, and teamwork .
