Shift Lead $20.00 as the minimum wage, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. As a Shift Lead, you will oversee daily restaurant activities, manage staff, and ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Your culinary experience, strong time management skills, and passion for the food industry will drive success in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service. Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards and proper handling procedures. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling. Assist with food ordering, inventory management, and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe environment. Support sales initiatives through upselling techniques to maximize revenue while enhancing guest satisfaction. Handle cashiering duties accurately, including cash handling, register reconciliation, and transaction processing. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness. Experience Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast-food restaurants. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong background in customer service, serving, cashiering Previous restaurant experience demonstrating leadership or supervisory roles is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and kitchen operations. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently.
