Job Summary:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required for this role, as the Supervisor will regularly support clear communication across a diverse workforce. The Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of production and warehouse employees to safely and efficiently meet daily goals for quality, output, and on-time delivery while modeling hands-on leadership and clear communication with every employee. Warehouse Supervisor:
Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility. Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards. Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management. Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retaining warehouse staff. Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Monitor labor costs, minimize waste, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Serve as the main communication link between operations, employees, and customers. Inspire accountability, set clear goals, and promote positive workplace culture. Establishes and maintains consistent and proper communication with internal and external management teams. Partners with onsite management team to ensure the customer's expectations of the highest level of quality standards and service are achieved. Responsible for meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. Reviews and analyzes daily and weekly reports to ensure constant improvement in operations. Partners with onsite management team to ensure timely completion and administration of all employment tasks including employee scheduling, timekeeping, performance reviews, corrective actions, status changes, separations, attendance, and timely submission of required payroll data. Supervises or assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of employees. Works with the onsite management team in administering operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Serves as an interface between operations, customers, administration, employees, and logistics. Provides leadership and guidance to frontline employees. Establishes and communicates goals and objectives. Emphasizes accountability and inspires positive behavior changes.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual in English and Spanish; ability to translate and support clear communication across diverse teams (preferred) Ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and senior leadership. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a warehouse or production environment. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed production and operational goals. Experience with employee scheduling, performance management, and HR processes. Strong analytical skills for reviewing reports and identifying areas for improvement. Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Physical Requirements:
This is a physically demanding role in a warehouse/production environment. The ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods is required. Must be able to move or lift equipment, products, and materials.
Work Environment:
This is a non-climate-controlled warehouse/production environment. You may be exposed to dust, loud noise, and fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold). All duties require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
