This role is for someone who can lead a team, manage operations, and perform under pressure during peak hours. Immediate interviews available. Qualified candidates only.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment Lead, train, and manage a team of 10+ employees per shift Create and manage schedules, labor, and shift performance Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, and food quality Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years restaurant or fast-food management experience (required) Experience managing teams of 8+ employees Ability to lead during high-volume, fast-paced shifts Strong communication and leadership skills Open availability including weekends and peak hours Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Able to start within 1 week
Preferred:
Experience in drive-thru operations Experience with scheduling, labor control, and inventory systems
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
