PlayPie Indoor Playground is newly open, located in Laguna Hills, Orange County, California. We have over 20000 sqft of facility which includes soft play, slides, party rooms, library, rest area, and toddler sections for all ages kids. The innovative store is currently looking for full-time/part-time store shift leader for our kids' indoor playground.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with the guests and providing excellent customer service by providing proper services, answering phone calls, assisting customers with questions, providing answers, and spreading the word about our business, special events, and birthday parties
• Processing tickets and merchandise at the register, greeting guests upon check-in, assisting first-time guests with the waiver process, asking them to join our membership program, and other miscellaneous duties as they arise
• Maintaining the entrance clear and straightened, restrooms and play space clean and sanitized, also making sure that all of our guests are playing safe, following the rules and regulations
• Preparing pre-packaged snacks, drinks, and food, and performing cashier duties
• Organizing shift schedules for team members
• Monitoring attendance, tardiness and time off
• Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills
• Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
• Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members
• Managing employees requests and transgressions
• Training new and current team members on tasks
• Handling customer issues and managing conflicts
• Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards
• Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits
• Opening and closing the store

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• Weekend shift required
• Minimum 1 year of store shift leader experience preferred
• Teaching background or interest we may use for activities i.e. story time, circle time, after school program, etc... is a HUGE plus
• Must be patient and LOVE kids
