In this energetic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, motivate and manage staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain food safety standards. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold quality standards, and create a welcoming environment for guests. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality and food service management to make a meaningful impact every shift. Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to meet safety and quality standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Train new team members on food safety, customer service protocols, POS usage, and restaurant procedures. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience. Conduct shift briefings to communicate goals, assign tasks, and motivate team members for peak performance. Assist in managing restaurant budgets, profit & loss analysis, and implementing cost-control measures. Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas. Support hiring processes through interviewing candidates and evaluating team members' performance. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, kitchen management, and food safety management. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills required. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector. Knowledge of inventory control, food production processes, and catering or banquet experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage conflict resolution. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, budgeting, and profit analysis.
