This is a hands-on working supervisor role , ideal for someone who leads by example while actively participating in dispatching, routing, and nightly workflow management.

Schedule Swing Shift:

2:00 PM - 2:00 AM Full-Time Permanent swing/night shift — applicants must be committed to overnight work Compensation Up to $30.00 per hour , depending on experience Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all swing/night shift warehouse operations Manage cross-dock shipping and receiving to maximize efficiency Monitor inbound/outbound transportation schedules and adjust as needed Oversee nightly workflow on the warehouse floor to ensure safe, efficient operations Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, warehouse staff, and customers during the night shift Resolve operational issues and make real-time decisions to keep deliveries on schedule Assist with scheduling, workflow planning, and labor coordination Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures Complete reports and maintain accurate operational records Use Microsoft Excel and internal systems to track performance and documentation Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse, or food distribution preferred Experience with dispatching and route planning Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Reliable, dependable, and comfortable working overnight hours Who We're Looking For A dependable, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
