Job Overview:

As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring top-notch customer service, and leading a team to success.Duties:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the shift to guarantee smooth service
- Provide outstanding customer service by delivering prompt and friendly assistance to guests
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to maintain stock
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the premises
- Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, striving for resolution
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks as needed
- Collaborate with management to devise strategies for enhancing sales and profitability
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in roles involving coffee, food safety, cash handling, kitchen operations, or food preparation is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills and adept at fostering positive interpersonal relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
