OROVILLE CHICK-FIL-A FOH COORDINATOR - HIRING POSTING
Where people grow, connect, and belong. The FOH Coordinator helps turn our culture and standards into a great shift for both guests and Team Members. You will lead Front of House operations, position and coach the team, solve problems in real time, protect hospitality and operational excellence, and help Team Members grow. This is a combined FOH leadership role. Coordinators may lead opening, transition, peak, or closing dayparts based on scheduling and restaurant needs. What We're Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead people and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, situational awareness, and decision-making ability. Ability to set clear expectations, coach performance, and hold others accountable with both care and firmness. A solutions-focused mindset and willingness to use structured problem solving rather than simply identifying problems. Personal ownership of growth, feedback, and continued development. Availability that supports the leadership needs agreed upon for the role, including applicable peak periods and weekends. Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation & Benefits Work Schedule:
This full-time 40 hour per week hourly position is a leadership role generally expected to work approximately 40-50 hours per week based on business needs. Schedule requirements may include opening, closing, peak periods, weekends, and special events.
Pay:
$23.00-$24.00 per hour.
Overtime:
This position is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with Wage Order requirements..
Paid Time Off:
Two weeks of paid time off for eligible Full-Time Front of House Directors, administered in accordance with Oroville Chick-fil-A policy and applicable law.
Health Insurance:
Employer contribution toward health insurance for eligible Full-Time Back of House Directors.
Free Food:
Complimentary Team Member meals in accordance with restaurant policy.
Scheduling:
Leadership scheduling designed to balance restaurant coverage, business needs, and reasonable flexibility when possible.

  • Trustworthy What You'll Lead Lead effective Front of House shifts and create clear priorities for the team.
Position Team Members, manage breaks and cuts, and adjust the shift as guest demand and business needs change. Coach Team Members in real time, recognize strong performance, and hold the team accountable to expectations. Lead Drive-Thru and hospitality execution while protecting speed, accuracy, quality, safety, cleanliness, and genuine care. Understand guest-experience goals and help the team connect daily execution to those goals. Identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and communicate opportunities and needs to senior leadership. Support responsible labor execution while protecting the guest and Team Member experience. Complete applicable cash-management, operational, food-safety, opening, transition, and closing responsibilities after training and authorization. Work Environment This position is performed in person at Oroville Chick-fil-A and may include Front of House, Back of House, or cross training assignments. The restaurant environment may include prolonged standing and walking, reaching, bending, lifting, 40 pounds, carrying, repetitive motion, heat, cold, noise, wet surfaces, and cleaning products.
