Handle cash register operations, processing cash transactions, sales, upselling opportunities, and retail sales transactions with precision. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, grills, and other food preparation tools. Support food safety management practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Provide excellent customer service by actively engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently. Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards within the food industry or restaurant setting. Proven ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and order processing accurately. Customer service background with a focus on serving guests in a fast-paced environment is ideal.
