As a New Restaurant Opening Shift Leader, you'll be part of our opening support team, traveling to new locations and helping train teams, execute opening plans, and ensure every restaurant opens the Mike's Red Tacos way. When not traveling, you'll work from our Pasadena Corporate Store & Training Center, supporting daily operations and preparing for future openings.
