• 28/hour, based on experience We are looking for a STRONG Lead Breakfast Cook with solid breakfast, grill, and egg experience.

This is NOT an entry-level position. You must be able to handle and lead a busy breakfast line.

Eggs

• all styles Omelets, skillets & other breakfast items Hash browns, potatoes & breakfast meats Burgers & sandwiches Running a griddle during high-volume rushes Reading and calling tickets quickly and accurately from a kitchen display screen Managing multiple orders at the same time Keeping plating CLEAN and consistent Directing and communicating with the line during a rush
