Full Job Description:

Pizzaria in Pleasanton is hiring a Part-Time Shift Supervisor . We're looking for a dependable, hands-on leader to help run daily restaurant operations, support staff during busy shifts, and deliver great customer service. This role is a strong fit for someone with restaurant leadership experience who wants steady part-time hours and meaningful responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Lead shifts and help keep service fast, organized, and friendly Support team members during busy lunch and dinner periods Help train new hires and reinforce store standards Assist with opening and closing procedures Help handle customer concerns professionally Support cash handling, basic paperwork, and shift accountability Help with food quality, cleanliness, stocking, and inventory support Step into service or kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:

Restaurant leadership experience preferred Pizza, quick-service, or fast-casual experience is a plus Reliable, organized, and comfortable leading a team Strong communication and customer service skills Available evenings and weekends Food safety knowledge is a plus Able to work a Saturday, Sunday, Monday schedule is a big plus
