Create and manage all food and beverage budgetsDrive food and beverage profitsHire, train, and schedule all food and beverage staffManage banquet functionsWork closely with the sales department on catering contractsWeekly distribution of BEOsConduct proper inventory of all food and beverage area weeklyEnsure proper brand standard presentations during all meal timesManage updates to published materials related to food and beverageProper daily inspection of main kitchen, restaurant, buffet area, and meeting rooms to ensure cleanlinessAll other duties as assignedCompetency:
