You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the Restaurant.

A Shift Leader supervises a team of Restaurant Employees Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency/productivity Train and evaluate employees Track monthly/period results and trends of the Restaurant Resolve escalated customer concerns/issues Control Costs - Labor, Food, Cash, Supplies 8-Week Training Plan for certification
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Restaurant Industry a plus (Not Required) we will train you.
