We are currently seeking Shift Leaders who can maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to create lively fun guest interactions while leading your shift to success. Shift Leaders work in a fast-paced environment, where your responsibilities may include:

Responsibilities:

Take initiative and act as a role model to others Always cultivating the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service Enjoy working as a team and motivating others Taking orders, preparing, and firing AMAZING food that is in line with company standards Food preparation, general cleaning, stocking items, and maintaining a clean make line Operating a point-of-sale system and cash handling

Qualifications:

Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other Team Members and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more Team Members Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing guests with AMAZING food, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations Experience with Toast POS a plus! Current ServSafe Food Manager Card a plus! Align with Parker's Hot Dogs culture by balancing
