In this role, you will be the friendly face that delivers exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food preparation, cashiering, and food safety responsibilities. Duties Prepare and serve high-quality food items following company recipes and standards, ensuring freshness and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations in accordance with food safety regulations. Assist with food handling tasks including bussing tables, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper food storage practices. Manage cash register operations with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions. Support team members during busy hours by multitasking between serving customers, food prep, and cleaning duties to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
