Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and service-focused Restaurant / Bar Supervisor to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent service standards, supporting front-of-house staff, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure high-quality service and guest satisfaction throughout each shiftSupervise servers, bussers, and bartenders to ensure compliance with company procedures and service standardsConduct table touches and address guest concerns promptly and professionallyEnsure staff take required breaks and provide coverage as neededMaintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menusCoordinate parties, reservations, and special guest requestsAssign work tasks and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient serviceInspect dining and lounge areas for cleanliness and organizationRequisition linens, supplies, and other necessary itemsAssist with interviewing and training new hiresMay assist with creating weekly staff schedulesMaintain working knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions to assist guestsBe available to work nights, weekends, and holidaysPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious restaurant experience a must. Hospitality supervisory experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to delivering excellent guest serviceFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysPhysical Demands & Work Environment While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must also be able to go up and down a flight of stairs while carrying up to 25 pounds. The employee may be frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise is usually moderate to loud.
