This is a working lead position, you will work alongside the team while helping keep the shift organized, efficient, and consistent.
Schedule:
Morning/day shifts; reliable morning and weekend availability required What You'll Do Prepare and assemble food according to our SOPs Help lead the team during busy breakfast hours Assign stations and keep workflow running smoothly Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards Help with front counter/service when needed Assist with opening duties, inventory, stocking, and shift checklists Train and support new team members What We're Looking For Restaurant, café, bakery, boba, or fast-casual experience preferred Reliable and punctual, especially for morning shifts Must have consistent morning availability Able to work quickly and stay organized during busy periods Comfortable taking responsibility and helping guide a small team Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus, but not required Previous Shift Lead experience is a plus, but we are also open to experienced restaurant team members who are ready to take the next step.
Pay:
$22
•26/hour based on relevant experience and ability to independently lead a shift.
