Job Summary Job Summary San Luis Coastal has implemented a Farm-to-Table approach in providing high quality, delicious food to our students and we are seeking innovative culinary professionals to lead our teams. Both of our high schools will have state of the art production kitchens next year. To supervise the food service operation at the District central kitchen; organize daily production; distribute work assignments; ensure food safety; order and receive food and supplies; and perform related duties as assigned.
