Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven In-Room Dining Supervisor to lead operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. This role also supports afternoon tea service and assists with poolside F&B operations , requiring excellent organizational skills and a strong presence in guest-facing environments.
Duties:
Supervise nightly IRD operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders Oversee and support IRD servers and attendants, providing direction and maintaining service standards Lead afternoon tea service setup, execution, and breakdown with attention to detail and presentation Assist with poolside food and beverage operations, including service flow and guest engagement during shift transitions Coordinate with culinary and stewarding teams to ensure food quality and proper equipment handling Conduct nightly setup and breakdown, including sidework, amenity prep, and closing procedures Uphold Forbes 5-star service standards with every guest interaction, including follow-up calls and tray retrieval Resolve guest concerns with discretion and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of IRD storage, staging, pool service areas, and delivery zones Report inventory needs, amenity usage, and nightly performance to management
Requirements:
Prior supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, IRD, or poolside service preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Impeccable guest service and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation standards Familiarity with POS and order management systems Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with Forbes or AAA Five Diamond properties Familiarity with afternoon tea and/or poolside service protocols Multilingual abilities or local area knowledge
