Tong Sui is one of the Bay Area's most popular dessert and drinks shops. We are best known for fresh coconut desserts and organic fresh fruit drinks. Originating from Hong Kong desserts, Tongsui is the only new fusion Asian dessert shop in the Bay Area. Tongsui crafts premium desserts and drinks made fresh in-store daily. We source our premium organic ingredients straight from local farms and don't add artificial flavor. We're now looking for dedicated individuals to join our team. Tong Sui is now hiring for the Shift Leader/Shift Supervisor position in the Westfield Valley Fair location! The Shift Leader plays a vital role in Tong Sui's success by aiding in the day-to-day operations of the store. Responsibilities include overseeing Tong Sui Sunnyvale's operations in the absence of the General Manager and/or Assistant Manager while upholding the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. Additionally, the Shift Leader handles team member, central kitchen, and guest issues directly, escalating them to the General Manager/Assistant Manager as needed.

• Supervise store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company standards.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational excellence.
• Resolve customer complaints and handle any issues with professionalism and care.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs.
• Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing performance feedback.
• Support store marketing and promotional activities during shifts, ensuring proper execution.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred
