Established Westside gastropub is looking for a strong restaurant manager to join our leadership team. We're looking for a hands-on hospitality professional who can run a smooth service, lead the staff, maintain standards and solve problems without needing constant direction.

Responsibilities include:

Managing daily FOH operations and service Leading, coaching and holding staff accountable Opening and closing the restaurant Scheduling and managing labor Guest relations and service recovery Maintaining cleanliness and operating standards Coordinating with the kitchen and ownership Helping manage private events and busy services Cash handling and basic administrative responsibilities Ideal candidate: 3+ years restaurant management or strong supervisory experience Full-service restaurant/bar experience Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable with POS, scheduling and restaurant technology Good understanding of beer, wine and spirits Organized, dependable and proactive Available nights and weekends This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to have a meaningful role in an established independent restaurant rather than simply being another manager in a large corporate operation.
