25% performance bonus opportunity + standard benefits; open to relocation The Director of Food Operations is a senior culinary and operational leader responsible for overseeing all food outlets within a high-volume casino property. This role functions similarly to a Director of Food & Beverage with a dedicated focus on food operations only driving culinary execution, operational efficiency, and financial performance across multiple dining concepts. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a casino environment overseeing multi-outlet food operations Strong background in high-volume culinary operations, cost control, and team leadership Demonstrated ability to drive performance, consistency, and quality across diverse dining concepts Responsibilities Oversee all food operations across multiple outlets, ensuring quality, consistency, and profitability Partner with Executive Chefs and kitchen leadership to drive standards, execution, and innovation Manage budgets, labor, and food cost controls while developing high-performing culinary teams
