The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing a talented team, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. As a pivotal leader on the floor, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, efficient staff management, and adherence to food safety protocols. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, service, and cleanliness standards are met Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development to uphold excellent customer service and food quality Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and oversee team performance to optimize productivity during busy hours Oversee inventory control processes including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and reconciliation Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food handling and sanitation Support hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure smooth food production flow and quality control Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and guest satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong background in restaurant management with supervising experience in hospitality or food service industries Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food safety standards Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively Experience in managing shifts in casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Ability to handle cash accurately and perform shift management duties efficiently Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable Join us as a Floor Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding food experiences!
