This role oversees banquet staff, assigns sections, conducts pre-event briefings, and coordinates with culinary and event teams to execute set-up, service, and breakdown according to Marriott standards. The Banquets Captain monitors quality, timing, and presentation, resolves guest concerns, and supports training, coaching, and scheduling of associates. You'll uphold safety and sanitation guidelines, manage inventory of banquet supplies, and model Marriott's culture of respect, teamwork, and service excellence.
