Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Warehouse, Operations) to resolve non-conformances. Effectively escalate food safety risks or quality issues and support corrective actions, including shutting down a production line for major errors.
Inspections & Audits:
Oversee and complete food safety training, audits, and documentation, including temperature checks, expiration date verification, and sanitation swabs. Monitor and ensure team completion of inbound quality inspections on ingredients and continuous quality checks through all stages of the process. Monitor kitting and assembly audits.
