A natural leader who's energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Strong communicator with the ability to motivate and coach a team Organized multitasker who thrives in a high-volume environment Availability for early mornings, weekends, or holidays (flexibility is key!) Previous experience in coffee, food service, or retail leadership strongly preferred

What You'll Do:

Lead the team during shifts to ensure smooth operations and an awesome guest experience Support training and coaching of baristas to build confidence and consistency Jump in wherever needed—whether it's making drinks, running food, or working the register Oversee cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all safety and quality standards Communicate effectively with the store manager on staffing, inventory, and guest feedback Handle shift responsibilities such as opening/closing, cash handling, and resolving minor issues on the spot

Physical Requirements:
