Job Description

Oversee the Central Fill and Postal Prescription Services operations. Responsibilities include managing production, human resources, compliance issues, and expectations of financial goals. Responsible for enhancing and developing policies, procedures and employee engagement. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Minimum
  • Other Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of budgets
  • Project management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Desired
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years management experience
  • Knowledge of pharmacy systems
  • Familiar with human resource compliance laws, regulations, policies and procedures
  • Manage all human resources issues for the Central Fill/PPS business
  • Manage direct reports and assist all Central Fill/PPS associates in accomplishing strategic plan goals and objectives
  • Monitor and manage all inventory levels for drugs/supplies
  • Oversee overall accuracy and safety of the facility
  • Maintain facility maintenance and cleanliness
  • Maximize store orders and minimize store rejections
  • Monitor Pharmacist and employee productivity
  • Lead in the training and develop all associates
  • Communicate and resolve safety, quality, delivery, costs and morale issues
  • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
  • Serve in a senior leadership role and marketing representative for the Quality Management Committee
  • Serve in a leadership role on the Accuracy Committee
  • Spend up to 10 percent of time actively participating in the Quality Management Committee team functions
  • Maintain flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends
