We're a fast-growing food truck focused on high-quality food, strong teamwork, and great customer service. This role is ideal for someone with kitchen or food truck experience who is comfortable leading service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Help lead food truck operations during service Prepare the truck and kitchen for service before events Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Drive the truck to and from events Oversee setup and breakdown at events Help manage inventory and communicate shortages Handle customer issues professionally and calmly Maintain cleanliness of the truck and commissary space Qualifications Food truck, kitchen, or fast-paced restaurant experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask under pressure Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Comfortable working nights, weekends, and outdoor events Food Safety/Manager certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to stand for long periods and work around heat and kitchen equipment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Tip participation Flexible but consistent event-based scheduling Growth opportunities within a growing local business Team-oriented environment If interested, please send us a brief introduction along with your experience and availability.
