Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind smooth daily operations, leading staff with enthusiasm and ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, hospitality, and team management, ready to motivate others and uphold our high standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee shift operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. Manage food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards, including proper handling and storage. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Control inventory levels through regular stock checks and ordering supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing potential team members, and conducting training sessions. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service or casual dining environments. Strong knowledge of food preparation, and food safety protocols. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
