JINYA Ramen Bar Fort Collins $19 to $23 per hour, depending on experience JINYA Ramen Bar is looking for an experienced Prep Supervisor to lead our back-of-house prep team. If you take pride in clean, organized, consistent prep work and you like setting the pace for a kitchen, we want to talk to you. What you'll do Run daily prep: build and manage prep lists, set priorities, and make sure the line is fully stocked before service Follow recipes and portion specs exactly so every bowl is consistent Lead and train a small prep team, setting the standard for speed, quality, and cleanliness Own food safety and sanitation in your area, including proper labeling, dating, rotation (FIFO), and temperature control Support inventory counts, receiving, and flagging low or short items to management Keep your station and walk-ins clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times What we're looking for Prior prep or kitchen experience, with some lead or supervisory time preferred Solid knife skills and a good sense of pace under pressure Working knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe or equivalent a plus) Reliable, punctual, and steady when the kitchen gets busy Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds Available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed What we offer $19 to $23 per hour based on experience A supportive team and room to grow within a multi-unit company Ready to lead a kitchen that takes prep seriously?
