Restaurant Shift Supervisor

Empire State Pizza is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor.

Empire State Pizza is an original concept restaurant, owned locally in Northern Colorado. It was founded in 2015 by a lifelong kitchen worker. Our menu includes authentic NY-style pizza, salads, appetizers, and more.

Pay:

This position starts at $17-21/hour + tips. Our shift supervisors average $2.50-$3.00 an hour in tips, more at peak times (nights and weekends).

Job Duties include:

Nurture a customer centric environment that supports the overall business by emphasizing internal and external customer care. Monitor associates to ensure all operating procedures were followed to provide a world-class guest experience resulting in repeat business and increased revenue. Supervise a staff of about 15 employees; analyzed quality control and satisfaction records to maximize restaurant-operating results yielding a 97% positive customer feedback score Adhere to company standards and service levels increasing sales and minimizing costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs. Ensured compliance with operational standards, company policies, government/city/local laws, and ordinances. Provide a consistent product for our customers meeting all quality control standards Oversee all administrative tasks including balance all transactions for credit and cash Maintained great quality and exceptional level of service to customers at all hours of the day Expressed confidence and ease in a fast paced, stressful of environments Efficiently resolve problems or concerns to the satisfaction of all involved parties. Continually monitor restaurant and take appropriate action to ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met. Exhibit thorough knowledge of foods, beverages, supervisory duties, service techniques, and guest interactions. Successfully manage the activities of team members in multiple stations of the business. Effectively communicate with team members to maintain clearly defined expectations. Collect, monitor and evaluate customer requirements to achieve desired delivery time and order fill rates.
