As a Shift Manager at the Fat Shack, one will be expected to supervise the operations of a shift to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and inventory control standards are maintained. This may include administrative tasks like assisting with placing and putting away food orders, deep cleaning equipment, and maintaining labor percentages for the shift. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position. We are happy to be providing a competitive starting wage where our Shift Managers earn $15.50- $16.50 per hour plus an additional $1.00 - $2.00 per hour in tips .
