In this energetic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, motivate and manage staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain food safety standards. Your leadership will help create a lively, efficient environment where both guests and team members thrive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while working in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to meet quality standards and safety regulations Manage Qu POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Monitor food production, and food safety practices to minimize waste and ensure freshness Train new team members on food service procedures, customer service expectations, and safety protocols Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive dining atmosphere Assist with shift management tasks including scheduling, supervising kitchen activities, and ensuring compliance with health regulations Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Previous supervisory or assistant manager roles demonstrating team leadership and staff training capabilities Familiarity with POS systems such as Qu POS for efficient transaction processing Experience in managing inventory control, and food safety standards within a hospitality setting Knowledge of culinary techniques, food production processes, catering or banquet experience is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, budgeting, and analyzing operational data Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership fuels success!
