Your Role:
As Kitchen Director, you'll oversee daily kitchen operations, manage food preparation and plating standards, lead and mentor your culinary team, and ensure consistent execution during high-volume service. You'll collaborate with front-of-house staff to maintain seamless guest experiences, manage inventory and food costs, and bring your culinary expertise to menu development. Above all, you'll be the dependable leader your team can count on someone who leads by example and fosters a collaborative kitchen environment.
