The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety, maintaining inventory control, and creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our establishment while fostering a collaborative team environment. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Train, develop, and manage staff to enhance their skills and performance. Oversee food preparation to maintain consistency and quality. Handle cash management and POS transactions efficiently, preferably with Toast POS experience. Manage inventory control to ensure proper stock levels and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new staff members. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and communication. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems (Toast POS preferred) Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in casual dining or quick service environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and financial management is a plus. Culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
